99% of creators suck at tweeting.
They tweet platitudes that ruin their brand's name.
Or, they're not consistent, which ruins both their name & growth.
I used to face both problems, because…
Well, spending 30 minutes a day on coming up with 3 good tweets is a luxury high-school students can’t afford.
After months of experimentation, I've come up with a workflow that saves me 3+ hours of work every week.
And the best part - it creates even more high-quality tweets.
Everyone can use it - yes, you too.
Let’s break it down:
The Core Of This Method
Batch writing.
I don’t write tweets every single day (which would take around 3,5 hours/week total).
Instead, I write 21 tweets for the week all at once (which takes 40-60 minutes).
I hear you screaming now:
“I gotta brainwash myself to come up with 1 tweet idea per day, how do you want me to create 21 in less than 1 hour?”
The Social Media Matrix
21 tweets is a daunting amount.
That’s why I like to break my content down into 3 content buckets:
Growth tweets
Authority tweets
Authenticity tweets
(I’ll explain their purposes later).
Now, your goal is to put out those in a balanced ratio, so they help every aspect of your Twitter brand.
That means:
13 growth tweets/week
4 authority tweets/week
4 authenticity tweets/week
It immediately feels less overwhelming, doesn’t it?
If not, don’t worry.
We’ll get there.
Growth Tweets
Example of growth tweet:

No matter what type of creator you are - you need growth.
And such tweets fuel it - they get tons of engagement and boost your account’s momentum.
The most important aspect of any growth tweets:
It doubles down on something that worked in the past.
Here’s how I use it in my writing process:
I take a look at my tweet swipe file (a Notion page where I save popular tweets from my favorite creators).
I pick the ones that resonate with me
I reword them in my own, authentic way (or in a way that’s relevant to my audience)
Repeat
If I can’t create all 13 tweets with this method, that’s fine.
That's where another key hack comes into play - templates.
I use them as a guiding structure for the tweet, something to hold onto when I’m completely short of ideas. But of course, I always add some flavor to them, so I'm not parroting something that's been already said.
Here, you can grab the template bank I use every single time (by my friend Syed Huq).
If even this doesn't work...
That's where I put repurposing into the spotlight.
In other words, I take a look at my past tweets that got a ton of engagement, and either
1. Reword them
2. Try the same structure, but with different content
Or, I turn popular threads into listicle tweets.
Ex.:

Authority Tweets
Authority tweet example:
These are the tweets that will create your unique niche of one.
These are actionable.
They share unique advice that you’ll become known for at the end of the day.
They are the stuff people think of when they hear your name.
The most common method I use for these:
Giving specific advice to yourself 2 years ago.
Specific.
Specificity is the secret here - it makes all the difference.
Ex.:
“How to create content consistently as a busy high-school student” is better than “How to create content consistently.”
Specificity is the king.
The next is something I call Active Consumption.
Whenever I consume a piece of advice that resonates with me, I tweet it out.
If I like it, chances are others will too.
To make this even easier, I’ve created a library of different advice on topics you’re interested in. No, whenever I'm short of ideas, I pull out something from the Idea Bank.
Boom - that's how actionable tweets are born.
Here’s what my “Idea Bank” looks like in Obsidian:
Authenticity Tweets
Authenticity tweet example:
Alright.
You are growing.
You are also creating your unique niche of one.
The missing piece? You.
What makes your content unique is YOU, and no one else.
In fact, the people with the most powerful brands are the ones who are comfortable sharing their personalities & are brutally authentic when tweeting.
Take a look at these names:
Dakota Robertson? Pineapple pizza.
Jay Yang? Water.
Joey Justice? Purple.
Dan Koe? Fucking walk.
Me? 13 years old.
Don’t be a robot.
People want to follow people.
How to come up with authenticity tweets:
It's easier than you think.
It comes down o sharing a snippet from your day-to-day life.
Some of them below might help:
tweet about a lesson you learned + a story
tweet about a topic you’re interested in that’s not related to your niche
ask your audience a question
give shout-outs to your favorite creators
post a pic of your routine
just document your daily life (treat it as a vlog)

If you combine all of these types of content, you get a unique personal brand that’s growing - in under 1 hour of writing tweets per week.
Sounds good, doesn’t it?
